  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund is processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Community pool and outdoor sand shower. Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; closures may be dictated by the HOA or Health Department, or after severe weather. No refunds for pool closures.
